Job summary

Homeless Link is seeking a Grants and Impact Manager to steward Trusts and Foundations, research new prospects, and craft compelling applications. You will lead an organisation-wide MEL programme to measure and communicate impact, focusing on Caring in Bristol and ensuring funders can see the difference their support makes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing trust and foundation funding streams.
• Ability to develop an organisation-wide MEL programme.
• Proven success in securing sustained funder investments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead the creation of high-quality trust and foundation applications and proposals.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of funders, building long-term relationships.
• Develop and embed a clear Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) programme across the organisation.
