Job summary

Women's Aid Federation of England is seeking an Evaluation & Impact Manager to lead the organisation's monitoring, evaluation and learning programmes. You will develop our Outcomes Framework for survivors and work with researchers, members and senior staff to maximise impact.

You will manage a small team, oversee budgets and coordinate funding bids, using robust quantitative and qualitative methods to demonstrate effectiveness and drive learning across projects and policy work.

Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring and evaluation methods.
• Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Experience using data to evidence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-data audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead on monitoring, evaluation and learning.
• Embed evaluation into project processes.
• Strengthen internal data use for impact measurement.
• Coordinate funding bids with evidence-based requirements.
• Develop income generation strategies from data.
• Represent Women’s Aid at external meetings.
• Build networks with academics to support funding.
