Job summary

IMPACT, the East Midlands provider collaborative, is recruiting a Performance Officer on a six-month fixed-term basis within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The role focuses on validating and analysing performance data, identifying underperformance and data quality issues, and producing reports for the senior leadership team.

You will join a new response function handling urgent service changes, with hybrid working and potential TUPE transfer conditions for the hub.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a performance or information/informatics role.
• Experience working with data systems and data quality management.
• Healthcare sector experience and understanding of provider operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance targets, identify underperformance and risk to future performance.
• Collate, analyse, interpret and report information to support senior leadership.
• Resolve data gaps, inaccuracies and quality issues with case managers.
• Produce performance reports and provide analytical advice to leaders.
• Support design of reporting mechanisms and information systems.
• Assist in developing information systems for planning and reporting.
