Job summary

Leicester Animal Aid is seeking a part-time Fundraising Operations & Impact Manager to blend data management, operations and leadership. You’ll lead a small team, shape fundraising strategy, and provide evidence-driven insights to maximise income and supporter engagement.

You will develop reporting systems, gather impact stories, and ensure compliance with GDPR while advancing donor relationships and programme growth. Hybrid working with a 12-month contract and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing fundraising systems and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Line management experience and ability to lead teams.
• Undergraduate degree at 2.2+ or equivalent experience.
• Professionally-recognised fundraising certificate preferred or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data/reporting systems to grow income and donor engagement.
• Line-manage the Supporter Experience Coordinator and the Impact/Insights Coordinator.
• Ensure stewardship plans are evidence‑driven and aligned with strategy.
• Collect and curate impact stories, data, need-based evidence for campaigns and grants.
• Support fundraising strategy with operational insight and best practices.
• Oversee compliance with GDPR and fundraising regulations.
• Implement efficient fundraising systems and reporting technologies.
• Provide content for appeals, campaigns, and reporting material.
• Grow the regular giving programme and monitor supporter journeys.
