Shaw Trust is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist based in Wiltshire to help people with mental health needs secure and sustain paid work aligned with their goals. You will work one-to-one with clients and coordinate with local health teams to support recovery and social inclusion.

You will build relationships with employers, develop personalised employment action plans, identify opportunities, and provide in-work support as individuals progress toward independence.

Responsabilidades

• Building relationships and engaging new referrals
• Exploring skills, strengths and career aspirations through vocational profiling
• Developing personalised employment action plans
• Identifying and securing suitable job opportunities
• Working directly with employers to create successful job matches
• Providing in-work support to both clients and employers
• Supporting individuals towards independence as ongoing support is gradually reduced
