Without Walls seeks an Evaluation and Data Manager to lead robust data collection and evaluation frameworks across its programmes and activities. The role ensures qualitative and quantitative data from festival partners, artists, participants and audiences is collected, well managed and used to understand and monitor impact.

• Experience of working with information and data (e.g., spreadsheets or evaluation forms) and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain information clearly to different audiences.
• Experience or knowledge of how data can be used to understand and improve the impact of a programme or organisation.
