Job summary

Futures For All is seeking an Impact and Insight Officer to coordinate data collection, management, and analysis across projects. You will translate findings into accessible reports and presentations, supporting evidence-based decisions.

You will maintain databases/CRM, ensure data integrity under UK GDPR, and collaborate with colleagues to embed evaluation into programmes. 1–2 years' experience preferred; strong Excel, PowerPoint/Canva and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ practical experience in an impact, monitoring, evaluation, or data/insight role.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.
• Ability to clean, manipulate, and analyse complex datasets.
• Proficient in Excel; able to manage data and records.
• Experience drafting reports, dashboards, or presentations.
• Knowledge of data validation and UK GDPR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, well-organised with able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, organisation, and management of data across projects.
• Analyse data to identify trends and inform strategic planning.
• Support timely quarterly and year-end impact reports.
• Maintain databases and CRM systems with accurate records.
• Translate findings into accessible reports and statistics for audiences.
• Embed data governance, security, and integrity practices.
• Collaborate with teams to interpret findings and improve programmes.
