Job summary

Smart Works Charity in London is seeking a Data and Impact Manager to coordinate data collection, analysis and reporting to inform services and decision making.

You will lead the data and reporting function, oversee governance and quality, manage staff, and work with the Head of Data & Impact to shape strategy and deliver data-led transformation across the organisation. Some evenings and weekend events support will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the organisation's data and reporting function.
• Oversee reporting, data governance, data quality and impact measurement processes.
• Manage staff responsible for data operations and digital administration.
• Help shape and deliver the organisation's data and impact strategy.
• Contribute to strategic planning and drive transformation projects that strengthen effectiveness and data-led decision-making.
• Require regular presence in London and occasional evening and weekend work for key events.
