A new role for Without Walls, the Evaluation and Data Manager will manage the delivery of robust data collection and evaluation frameworks across Without Walls' programmes and activities.
Working across the organisation, the post holder will ensure that qualitative and quantitative data gathered from festival partners, artists, participants and audiences is consistently collected, well managed, and used to understand and monitor the impact of Without Walls' work.
The role follows a review of Without Walls' evaluation practice carried out by an independent evaluation consultant, who is designing a new organisation-wide evaluation framework, methodology and toolkit for the 2027-2032 period.
