Job summary

University of the Built Environment is seeking an Impact and Evaluation Officer to measure and communicate the impact of education, access and participation activities. You will design robust evaluation frameworks, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, and generate insights to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English language Grade C or 4 or above.
• Degree level qualification (E, A).
• Postgraduate qualification in evaluation, research methods, statistics, education, social sciences data analysis, impact evaluation, project management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve evaluation frameworks for institutional projects, programmes and interventions.
• Develop logic models and Theory of Change approaches for planning and evaluation.
• Evaluate effectiveness, impact and value of initiatives across the student lifecycle.
• Utilise the HEAT platform to record access, success and progression data.
• Ensure evaluation aligns with regulatory expectations and institutional priorities.
