Without Walls is seeking an independent consultant, or a consultancy company, to review current evaluation methodologies and design a robust, organisation-wide evaluation framework for our five-year plan (2027–2032). The framework will capture learning, impact and inform strategic planning, funding proposals and learning across the organisation.

The role is short-term and strategic, not delivery-focused. The consultant will create tools and templates, coordinate with the Chief Executive and Head

• Strong track record designing evaluation frameworks for publicly-funded cultural organisations.
• Experience with both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.
• Ability to work independently and strategically with senior leadership.
• Excellent written communication for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Review current evaluation methodologies and design an organisation-wide framework.
• Develop tools and templates to support the framework.
• Provide recommendations and guidance for implementation.
• Handover responsibilities to the in-house team and ensure sustainability.
