Job summary

Circle Health Group invites applications for a Part-time Patient Administrator in Imaging at The Thornbury Hospital, Sheffield. The role covers 24.5 hours weekly with a flexible shift pattern and a permanent contract.

You will support the patient admin process from enquiry to post-visit, ensuring a professional service for patients, visitors, consultants and staff. Key duties include managing mail, processing bookings, maintaining safety standards, and completing mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE at grades A-C or equivalent
• Proficient with a PC and common software/systems
• Basic financial awareness
• Experience in private healthcare administration preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to smooth patient admin throughout the patient journey
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps for a standard service
• Handle patient queries efficiently and professionally
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received by email
• Maintain Health and Safety knowledge and act accordingly
• Complete mandatory training
