Job summary

The Thornbury Hospital in Sheffield, part of Circle Health Group, has a permanent Patient Administrator - Imaging role on a 24.5 hour per week basis. The salary is £24,947 per year FTE, with flexible shift patterns.

You will contribute to the smooth patient administration journey, manage bookings and email/mail, and ensure high standards of health and safety, privacy and service across the patient pathway. Prior private healthcare admin experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PC usage and medical/administrative software.
• Basic financial awareness for handling payments and bookings.
• GCSE level maths and English or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to smooth patient administrative processes throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps for standard service delivery.
• Handle all patient queries efficiently and professionally.
