Job summary

New Victoria Hospital, Kingston upon Thames, part of Bupa UK, is hiring a Patient Service Advisor in Imaging. This part-time role (24 hours per week across four 6-hour shifts) involves welcoming patients, booking appointments and providing preparation information, while handling enquiries with professionalism.

You will work closely with the Imaging team to support a range of diagnostic services and ensure a seamless patient experience. Previous healthcare administration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception and patient-facing support for the Imaging Department.
• Accurately book appointments and ensure correct preparation information.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries courteously and promptly.
• Register patients on arrival and liaise with clinical teams to facilitate appointments.
• Provide quotations, process payments and respond to queries.
• Maintain knowledge of Imaging procedures and preparation requirements.
• Support imaging services administration using booking systems.
• Work with hospital colleagues to maintain high service standards.
• Promote New Victoria Hospital services and patient care.
