Job summary

New Victoria Hospital, part of Bupa, is seeking a Patient Service Advisor for the Imaging department in Kingston upon Thames. This part-time role (24 hours/week) involves handling bookings, information provision, and customer service for MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray services.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, consultants and referrers, ensuring smooth patient journeys and accurate scheduling in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong administrative and appointment booking experience.
Proficient with computer systems and multiple booking platforms.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming, efficient reception for Imaging Department patients.
Accurately book appointments and ensure proper preparation information.
Handle high volumes of telephone and email enquiries promptly.
Register patients on arrival and coordinate with clinical teams.
