New Victoria Hospital, Kingston upon Thames, part of Bupa UK, is hiring a Patient Service Advisor in Imaging. This part-time role (24 hours per week across four 6-hour shifts) involves welcoming patients, booking appointments and providing preparation information, while handling enquiries with professionalism.
You will work closely with the Imaging team to support a range of diagnostic services and ensure a seamless patient experience. Previous healthcare administration experience is preferred.

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Patient Service Advisor to join our Imaging Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing outstanding administrative support while helping patients navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and ease.
As a Patient Service Advisor within Imaging, you will be the first point of contact for patients, consultants, and referrers. You'll play a vital role in ensuring appointments are booked accurately, patients receive the correct preparation information, and enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Working closely with the wider Imaging team, you will help deliver a seamless patient experience across a range of diagnostic services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, Fluoroscopy and X-Ray.
