Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Clinical Pathway Navigator to provide proactive administrative support for a Community Diagnostic Centre at Finchley Memorial Hospital. The role involves scheduling imaging appointments, coordinating with Radiographers, Technicians and Service Leads, and ensuring smooth patient flow across sites.

Onsite work is required five days a week, with open hours 8am–8pm.

• Scheduling appointments for imaging services and liaising with patients and MDT members to support the efficient running of the imaging service.
