Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Delivery Manager in Imaging Infrastructure. You will join the Imaging Infrastructure Programme Team to plan, coordinate and deliver a portfolio of imaging projects across Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, MRI and Cardiac Catheter Laboratories.

Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager, you will develop project plans, manage stakeholders, monitor risks and milestones, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Masters degree or equivalent specialist knowledge.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience delivering estates or infrastructure projects in healthcare.
• Proficiency with data reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and workstreams from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, estates, procurement and supplier teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies with regular governance reports.
• Support equipment replacement programs, room refurbishments and new facilities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and coordinate readiness and go-live activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by developing PM tools and templates.
