Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee imaging infrastructure programmes across Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, MRI and Cardiac Cath Labs. You will coordinate clinical, operational, estates, procurement and supplier teams, develop project plans, monitor risks and milestones, and support mobilisation of new imaging facilities and technologies.

The role supports major investments to improve patient care within a large NHS organisation and offers

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, recognised PM qualification desirable.
• Strong project management, planning and governance experience in healthcare or complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and coordinate activities from initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, estates, procurement and supplier teams.
• Monitor risks, issues, actions and milestones; provide governance reports.
• Support equipment replacement, refurbishment and go-live activities across imaging services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM tools and templates.
