Job summary

The Junior Service Manager will join the Imaging team at West Middlesex University Hospital, supporting the Deputy General Manager and General Manager to deliver Directorate objectives and lead selected projects and service improvements.

You will oversee staff development, coordinate diagnostics performance (DM01) and work with clinicians and administrator teams to maintain quality, safety and patient experience within WMUH and in collaboration with Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS

Qualifications

• Assist the Deputy General Manager and General Manager in delivering objectives.
• Coordinate and manage multiple innovation projects and service improvements.
• Ensure staff appraisals and development plans are in place.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the Imaging service delivery at WMUH including the DTEC project.
• Oversee diagnostics performance management (DM01) at WMUH and support Chelsea and Westminster site.
• Collaborate with admin teams, medics, nurses and other departments to meet targets.
• Support management in achieving performance, financial productivity and clinical quality indicators.
