Welbeck is seeking an Imaging & Diagnostics Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the department’s administrative functions. You will act as the essential link between patients, clinicians, and diagnostic teams, handling appointments, imaging requests, and clinical documentation with accuracy and care.

You will welcome patients warmly at imaging appointments, communicate clearly, and support a high standard of patient experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in clinical administration and front-of-house roles.
• Strong data protection and governance awareness.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm, professional front‑of‑house service for imaging and diagnostics patients.
• Manage bookings, appointments, and administrative coordination for diagnostic services.
• Process referrals, imaging requests, and clinical documentation accurately and promptly.
• Support patients with queries and provide clear information and reassurance.
• Update and maintain electronic patient records and imaging systems to a high standard of accuracy.
• Liaise with clinicians, radiographers, sonographers, and wider operational teams.
• Ensure timely distribution of imaging results, reports, and clinical correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and information governance standards.
• Support daily operational and governance tasks, including stock checks and equipment tracking.
• Assist with departmental projects, audits, and process improvements.
• Work flexibly to support service delivery and changing operational needs.
