Tameside College in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking an Assistant MIS Manager (ILR and Compliance) to ensure the accuracy and compliance of learner data. You will work closely with the MIS Manager, lead ILR activities, and support internal audits while guiding MIS colleagues.

The role requires extensive FE MIS/ILR experience and the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly across teams. A strong eye for detail and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant FE MIS and ILR experience.
• Experience maintaining compliance with funding guidance and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ILR, funding compliance and internal audit activities.
• Provide technical guidance to MIS colleagues.
• Deputise for the MIS Manager when required.
