Cheshire College South and West at Ellesmere Port Campus is hiring an MIS Administrator to manage ILR submissions and maintain the student record system with accuracy. You will liaise with curriculum areas to support attendance, eligibility, and data quality while performing clerical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and reporting.

Salary: £24,784 per annum

Contract Type: Full-time

Location: Ellesmere Port Campus

We are seeking a dynamic MIS Administrator to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable individual to make a difference in the provision of a quality support service for learners and staff. Experience in an MIS Team would be beneficial, however if you can demonstrate exceptional administrative skills, resilience and the willingness to communicate closely with a wider team to achieve goals, we would welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities
  • To support the effective production of regular ILR submissions and prepare data sources to deadlines.
  • To take responsibility for the accurate input and maintenance of student and enrolment details onto the student record system, including outcomes and achievements.
  • To liaise with curricuum areas to support awareness of College processes, to promote accuracy, and to evidence learner attendance and eligibility.
  • To support other functions within the team as required, this may include assisting with invigilating, rooming enquiries and course set up and checks.
  • To perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, production of letters and reports.
Key Person Specification Requirements
  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent);
  • Demonstrable experience of the ability to develop positive working relationships across an organisation and with external links;
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills; and
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
