Cheshire College South & West in Ellesmere Port is seeking an MIS Data Administrator to support ILR submissions and manage student records. The role requires accuracy, strong administration, and the ability to work closely with staff across college teams.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Demonstrable ability to develop positive working relationships across an organisation.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills; high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support ILR submissions and prepare data sources to deadlines.
• Input and maintain student and enrolment details on the student record system, including outcomes and achievements.
• Liaise with curriculum areas to promote accuracy and evidence learner attendance and eligibility.
• Support other team functions including invigilating, rooming enquiries and course setup.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and production of letters/reports.
