Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is searching for an experienced Affiliate Manager to manage and optimise the Casino & Games Affiliate programme. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and ensuring compliance. You'll manage partner relationships, onboard new affiliates, and collaborate across teams to meet targets. This role requires 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, strong partnership management skills, and a deep understanding of iGaming.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Affiliate Marketing, specifically in iGaming.
• Strong partnership management skills.
• Commercially minded with negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Casino & Games Affiliate programme.
• Support the Senior Acquisition Manager in delivering the Affiliate strategy.
• Optimise affiliate performance and manage commercial agreements.
• Onboard and manage Affiliate partners.
• Ensure compliance with UKGC and ASA requirements.
• Provide reporting and insights to affiliates.
