Job summary

Experian is seeking a Product Manager to own the Consumer Information and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform, guiding strategy, development and commercial success. You will take end-to-end ownership of a growing solution that helps customers make faster, smarter affordability decisions.

Reporting into the Head of Product, you will translate market needs into prioritized requirements, balancing regulatory considerations, feasibility, and commercial objectives while advocating

Qualifications

• B2B product management experience in financial services or fintech.
• Proven track record delivering products through multiple lifecycles.
• Experience developing strategies from market insight and customer feedback.
• Experience building business cases and ROI assessments.
• Collaboration with Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Customer teams.
• Experience using AI tools within the product lifecycle.
• Use of data and analytics to guide prioritisation and investment.
• Balance customer needs with commercial objectives and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the IDP platform.
• Drive market and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead product discovery translating insights into prioritised requirements and roadmap initiatives.
• Own commercial performance including ROI, pricing decisions, and value delivery.
• Define and monitor KPIs using data-driven insights to improve adoption and revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with customers using feedback and usage analytics.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Technology, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance capabilities.
• Identify and manage risks while influencing senior stakeholders to secure investment.
