Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in digital optimisation, experimentation, analytics, UX, or web performance.
• Confidence working with data and interpreting results to inform decisions.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience managing stakeholders and communicating with non-technical audiences.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple projects.
• A curious, proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, owning day to day delivery and relationships.
• Lead experimentation and optimisation programmes end to end, from ideation and roadmap planning through to analysis and iteration.
• Develop test hypotheses using data, UX insight, and commercial context.
• Manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.
• Analyse test results and translate data into clear, actionable insight.
• Work closely with internal specialists to deliver high quality optimisation outcomes.
