Allstate NI seeks a Systems Engineer Lead Consultant specializing in Identity & Authentication to lead IAM initiatives across hybrid environments. You will research, design, plan and maintain IAM components, write scripts, and drive incident prevention while guiding a team of engineers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, tooling development, and delivering secure, scalable identity solutions within Allstate’s NI engineering hub.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing and supporting IAM in complex hybrid environments.
• Leadership experience within Identity and Authentication projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead changes for complex IAM components to improve incident avoidance.
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis for IAM systems.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure integration with broader infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain tooling for hardware/software components.
• Plan and engineer moderately complex network and software components.
