The AA seeks an Identity & Access Manager to lead the evolution of its enterprise IAM capability. You will drive governance, technical direction and measurable security outcomes across a complex technology landscape, working with senior leaders to shape the IAM roadmap and ensure secure, scalable identity services.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of IAM in complex enterprise environments, with ability to shape IAM strategy and architecture.
• Experience leading or driving IAM transformation, improving governance, architecture or operating models.
• Hands-on experience across modern and legacy identity environments, including AD to Entra ID migrations.
• Knowledge of modern IAM technologies and principles, including Zero Trust and cloud identity services.
• Excellent stakeholder management to engage senior leaders while balancing security with business priorities.
• Leadership capability to coach technical specialists and step into people leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing transformation and maturity of The AA's IAM capability, defining strategy and technical direction.
• Shape and deliver the IAM roadmap aligned with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
• Act as senior authority for identity security, influencing executives and delivery teams.
• Lead development of modern identity capabilities across privileged access, governance, Zero Trust and cloud identities.
• Establish governance and reporting to demonstrate control effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Coach technical staff and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
