Allstate NI is seeking a Lead Engineer – Security Engineering to lead day-to-day development, implementation, and support of security controls across product security teams. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, own production services, and drive security KPIs while advancing secure software development, cloud security, and modern DevSecOps practices.

Qualifikationen

• Legal right to work in the UK; Allstate is not providing sponsorship.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or security engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical leadership or managerial role.
• Deep understanding of secure software development, vulnerability management, cloud security, data security, and modern security engineering practices.
• Experience with secure software configuration and development, including secure APIs, authentication/authorization, encryption, and threat modeling.
• Proven experience operating within a DevSecOps model, with hands-on responsibility for designing, building, securing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting production services through their full lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of technology best practices in secure development and compliance.
• Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD), Agile SCRUM methodologies, and secure SDLC.

• Provide technical and functional leadership for team members in security engineering.
