The AA is seeking an Identity & Access Manager to lead the evolution of its enterprise IAM capability. You will drive governance, technical direction and measurable security outcomes across a complex technology landscape while partnering with senior technology and business leaders.

You will shape the IAM roadmap, ensuring identity services remain secure, scalable and aligned with a modern organisation. This is a senior role with people leadership responsibilities and close hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IAM strategy, governance and architecture.
• Proven track record leading IAM transformation in large organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy and governance for IAM across the organisation.
• Shape IAM roadmap aligning with business priorities and security risks.
• Influence executives and delivery teams to secure outcomes.
• Lead development of modern identity capabilities including Zero Trust and cloud authentication.
• Establish governance, assurance and reporting of IAM controls.
• Coach and develop a growing IAM team.
