Job summary

FDO Consulting is hiring an Identity and Access Management Manager to lead the IAM capability and drive continual improvement. The role reports to the CISO and will develop the IAM strategy, support risk and compliance, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen security and resilience.

The role involves shaping IAM policies, governing frameworks, roadmaps, audits and incident handling in a hybrid working model with monthly EY visits to client sites in London or Bucks.

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM experience including Joiner-Mover-Leaver process design and improvement.
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management and SIEM platforms.
• Experience of logging and monitoring solutions.
• Further technical skills to include - SQL, incident management, DataDog (or similar), Cloud environments.
• Stakeholder management across Technology, Risk, Audit and Control.
• Ability to provide guidance and leadership to teams when required.
• Proven ability managing and mitigating risk in support of the governance agenda.
• Ability to use research outcomes and insight to inform problem solving, decision making and roadmap development.
• Financial Services knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Further develop and implement the IAM policies, processes, technologies and standards.
• Shape, maintain and enhance the IAM governance framework, ensuring policies align with corporate requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Define and lead the IAM roadmap.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to understand and implement IAM solutions.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation.
• Execute IAM audits.
• Investigate IAM related security events and implement corrective actions.
• Identify new and emerging technologies.
