Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Uniform and ID Coordinator to join the Facilities team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will manage ID badges, access control, and the uniform service, ensuring accurate data and outstanding customer service in a busy hospital environment.

You will be the first point of contact for access-related queries, produce IDs, maintain systems, and resolve issues efficiently, while supporting smooth operational delivery across our facilities.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English with good grades.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Secretarial/Administrative work.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for ID badge and access control queries across the Trust.
• Produce ID cards and fobs; manage access permissions.
• Investigate and resolve access issues with internal teams and software contractors.
• Monitor stock levels for ID materials and support smooth service delivery.
• Support the uniform service and process staff requests.
• Manage inboxes, prioritise requests and provide timely responses.
