Glasgow Kelvin College seeks an ICT Technician on a fixed-term 12-month contract to deliver first and second-line ICT support to staff and students across campuses and learning centres. You will deploy hardware and software, maintain assets, and contribute to continuous improvement of ICT services.
The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting end users and maintaining security and compliance with college policies.
As part of ICT Services, the post holder will provide ICT/technical support to the College’s learners, staff and partners across all campuses and associated Learning Centres.
The post holder will contribute to the development of IT services within the College, support the College’s IT hardware and software estate, deploy hardware and software where necessary and ensure that related administrative tasks are completed to a high professional standard.
