Job summary

Brunel Academies Trust is seeking a proactive ICT Technician to provide first and second-line support across multiple sites. You will manage hardware, software, and networks, ensuring security updates and asset inventories are kept up to date.

Training users and delivering ICT inductions are also key responsibilities. You will work closely with staff, maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services, and liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to

Qualifications

• Provide first and second-line ICT support across sites.
• Maintain ICT asset database and software inventory.
• Ensure operating systems, antivirus, and security updates are maintained.
• Deliver ICT inductions and training materials.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft technologies.
• Resolve issues relating to operating systems, devices, printers, phones, servers, and storage solutions.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and support providers.
• Manage and prioritise support tickets to meet SLAs.
