Job summary

North West Leicestershire District Council is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Support Analyst to manage our ICT infrastructure and drive ongoing technology projects. You will work closely with the ICT Team Manager to deliver infrastructure solutions that support council operations and service delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Stack, SQL databases, Office 365 and Windows Server environments, plus imaging and storage systems. Some out-of-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• You should have experience supporting the full Microsoft Office Stack, SQL databases, Office 365, and Windows Servers.
• Imaging and storage solutions experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of security and networking best practices would be useful.
• Proficiency in administering MS Teams, MS Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the council's ICT infrastructure and deliver IT infrastructure projects.
• Act as third point of contact for infrastructure and networking issues.
• Collaborate with ICT Team Manager to implement the ICT strategy.
• Occasional after-hours work may be required.
