Job DescriptionMy client is a well-established Public Sector organisation based in Belfast and is hiring an ICT Business Analyst to join an existing Applications team. This is a varied role working across business analysis, applications, technology change and project delivery, with the opportunity to support and lead projects that improve business processes and digital services.

You will be part of an established technology team responsible for delivering effective, secure and user-focused ICT services across the organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers to identify requirements, improve processes and deliver technology-led change.
As an ICT Business Analyst, you will develop and optimise business processes, gather and document requirements, prepare business cases and support the implementation of new and enhanced systems. You will have the opportunity to work across enterprise applications, CRM, collaboration tools, data and analytics platforms and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
The role will also involve supporting project delivery, managing suppliers, developing implementation plans, coordinating testing and ensuring solutions meet business, security and data governance requirements. You will work across Agile, PRINCE2 and DevOps environments and will have exposure to a broad range of technology and business change initiatives.
