Job summary

Invest NI is seeking an ICT Business Analyst (SO Grade) to join the Applications Team in Belfast. The role focuses on driving change initiatives, documenting requirements and leading system improvements across MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Cognos BI.

Qualifications

Experience developing/configuring digital applications such as MS Dynamics 365, SharePoint or Cognos BI.
Ability to document user requirements, specifications and business cases with clear rationale.
Knowledge of security principles as applied to enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimise and agree business processes with users and management.
Define requirements, prepare business cases and obtain approvals.
Assist with procurement and delivery of systems from external suppliers.
Develop implementation plans and project schedules following best practice.
Lead or support system changes, including testing and validation.
Configure Invest NI core systems including Dynamics 365, Power Platform and analytics tools.
