Job summary

Inspire People is partnering with the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade to recruit a Senior Business Analyst. The role leads complex digital change initiatives across multidisciplinary teams, shaping solutions that meet user needs and strategic objectives.

The position offers a permanent Grade 7 level with a salary of £60,732–£71,296 (location dependent) and flexible hybrid working from London, Cardiff, Darlington, Edinburgh, Belfast, Birmingham or Salford.

Qualifications

• Lead analysis of complex business and user challenges, shaping solutions.
• Define business capabilities and requirements to support strategy.
• Drive business process improvement and re-engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Owners and Delivery Managers.
• Use evidence-based analysis to assess options and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define business capabilities and requirements that support strategic objectives and organisational change
• Drive business process improvement and process re-engineering initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Service Owners and Delivery Managers to influence delivery priorities
