Job summary

3173 is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract based in Belfast. The role supports cross‑portfolio delivery of business and technology change within Corporate Services - Change, reporting to Nick Rosser.

Two days per week require onsite presence in Belfast, with potential travel to other UK offices. You’ll shape requirements, map current and future state processes, and contribute to testing and adoption activities to drive tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex change projects.
• Experience within pensions or financial services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data models and workflow concepts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Structured approach to requirements and testing.
