Are you passionate about using technology to transform services, improve outcomes and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders?
We are looking for an ICT Account Manager to become the trusted ICT partner for our Transformation and Finance & Resources Directorates. In this strategic business partnering role, you will work closely with senior leaders to understand their priorities, shape future technology solutions and ensure ICT investment delivers real business value.
Acting as the key link between the business and ICT, you will identify opportunities for innovation, support the delivery of transformational change and help drive improvements that enhance customer experience and organisational efficiency. You will also play a key role in driving technology improvements and co-ordinating the resolution of complex issues.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of services, support major strategic programmes and play a key part in shaping the future direction of technology across Staffordshire County Council.
This is fixed term until 30 September 2027.
