Staffordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead elements of the SEND Improvement Programme, including the SEND Reforms, across education, health and care. You will deliver project management for a priority project, provide support to the wider programme with plans, risks and performance measures, and work with partners to embed a co-produced, system-wide change.
Roles are fixed term to end March 2028; interviews are scheduled in September.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Change Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering Staffordshire's ambitious SEND Improvement Programme, including the SEND Reforms.
You will project manage one of the priority projects within the SEND improvement plan to deliver the SEND Reforms.
You will also offer project support to all projects within the improvement programme, supporting project leads with project plans, risk logs and performance measures.
Working across education, health and care, you will provide project management to ensure this transformational model is co-designed, mobilised and embedded effectively across the local area partnership.
