Job summary

Aspire Personnel Ltd is seeking an ICS Manager for a permanent, field-based role aimed at leading and developing the Integrated Concept Solutions team to meet UK & Ireland business objectives. You will oversee pre-sales, tender and product support, guiding high-quality proposals and customer engagements.

The role requires postgraduate biomedical qualifications with strong haematology expertise, proven tender leadership, and a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• FIBMS, MSC or equivalent postgraduate qualification in biomedical sciences.
• Exceptional knowledge of haematology, coagulation and POC diagnostics.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality tender responses and governance processes.
• Experience with UK & Irish procurement frameworks and tendering environments.
• Proven experience in leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships within the company and with partners.

Responsibilities

• Support UK&I business plan delivery aligned with commercial and leadership objectives.
• Lead promotion of the company value proposition during the sales cycle via presentations, site visits and demonstrations.
• Drive continuous improvement in tender response quality and lessons learned sharing.
• Oversee workflow studies to demonstrate value and identify customer benefits and optimization opportunities.
• Develop MSC services and partner solutions across the business portfolio.
