Job summary

Aspire Personnel Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading diagnostic solutions and medical equipment provider based in Milton Keynes. The IC S Manager will lead the Integrated Concept Solutions team to deliver against UK & Ireland commercial and strategic objectives, ensuring high-quality pre-sales, tender and product support activities that drive business growth and customer success.

The role requires strong leadership, deep biomedical knowledge, and proven experience in tendering within UK&I

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in biomedical sciences or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in haematology, coagulation and POC diagnostics.
• Proven tender leadership including governance and quality assurance.
• Experience with UK & Ireland procurement frameworks and tendering environments.
• Experience leading high-performing teams with coaching and development.
• Ability to build relationships across teams, bidders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Integrated Concept Solutions (ICS) team to meet UK & Ireland commercial objectives.
• Promote the value proposition throughout the sales cycle via presentations and site visits.
• Drive improvement in tender responses and post-tender reviews.
• Oversee workflow studies to validate customer benefits and opportunities for optimisation.
• Develop MSC services and partner solutions within the team.
• Support product lifecycle activities including launches and retirements.
• Maintain technical and commercial expertise across the portfolio.
• Coach the ICS team to achieve high-performance standards.
• Manage resources and priorities across tender responses, demonstrations, and projects.
• Contribute to pre-tender and tender lifecycle with early stakeholder engagement.
