Job summary

Industrious Recruitment is seeking an ICS Manager in the UK & Ireland healthcare diagnostics sector. You will lead the ICS team across the pre-tender and tender lifecycle, engaging with pathology networks and customers to shape technical proposals.

The role involves coordinating demonstrations, site visits, workflow assessments and post-tender reviews, while guiding product launches and lifecycle management to deliver tangible patient care improvements.

Qualifications

• FIBMS, MSc or relevant postgraduate qualification in Biomedical Science or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of haematology, coagulation and/or point-of-care diagnostics.
• Experience with tenders, bids or procurement in healthcare/diagnostics.
• Understanding of UK and Irish procurement and tendering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICS team across pre-tender and tender lifecycle.
• Build relationships with pathology networks, NHS Trusts, and partner suppliers.
• Support tender opportunities and development of high-quality technical proposals.
• Deliver and oversee customer presentations, demonstrations, site visits and workflow assessments.
• Lead workflow studies to demonstrate customer value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and leadership to support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through tender reviews and customer feedback.
• Support product launches and lifecycle management.
• Coach and develop the ICS team.
• Build technical and commercial capability within the team.
