Job summary

SnowDome Ltd is seeking an Ice Skating Team Member to marshal sessions, assist with skate rental and oversee the Snow Fun Park. You will help deliver a safe, fun and high-quality guest experience in a busy winter leisure environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a guest service role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Provide rental equipment to guests.
• Monitor guests on the Ice and Snow Fun Park.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and equipment.
