North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is recruiting for an ICC Call Handler in Broughton, Preston. You will join a 24/7 contact centre, initially training as a Call Handler for 999, 111 or Patient Transport Services and may be converted across areas.

As the main point of contact, you will assess calls, give clear life-saving advice where appropriate, and provide reassurance in stressful situations. The role requires excellent communication, data entry skills, and resilience, with full training

• Good data entry skills and strong keyboard/typing ability.
• Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is advantageous.
