North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking ICC Call Handler trainees to join our contact centre teams (999, 111 or Patient Transport). You will start in training and be the main point of contact for the caller, gathering information and providing calm, clear guidance in urgent situations.

You will work in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment, with full training provided and a pathway to conversion across areas.

Competenze

• Educated to GCSE level (English) or equivalent; call handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and type quickly.
• Strong communication, empathy and ability to work under pressure.
