Job summary

Study Group is seeking a part-time Curriculum Coordinator in Brighton to support the Curriculum Office within the Education & Innovation team. The role focuses on data management, reporting and coordination across centres, partners and internal teams to maintain quality processes and deliverables.

Reporting to the Global Director (Curriculum), you will handle data from university partners, coordinate meetings, and provide essential administrative support for curriculum planning and assessment

Qualifications

• Data handling and reporting experience.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams.
• Strong IT and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience supporting senior management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CO datasets and ensure accuracy and currency.
• Follow Study Group policies and SOPs.
• Support due diligence data collection from university partners.
• Collate data for planning and decision-making and provide summaries.
• Coordinate meetings across departments and centres globally.
