Job summary

FDO Consulting is seeking an Identity and Access Management Manager to lead the delivery and continual improvement of the IAM capability. The role reports to the CISO and includes shaping the IAM strategy, aligning with risk/compliance needs and delivering the IAM roadmap for secure access to information and systems.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and experience in Privileged Access Management, SIEM, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM experience including Joiner-Mover-Leaver process design and improvement.
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management and SIEM platforms.
• Experience of logging and monitoring solutions.
• Further technical skills to include - SQL, incident management, DataDog (or similar), Cloud environments.
• Stakeholder management across Technology, Risk, Audit and Control.
• Ability to provide guidance and leadership to teams when required.
• Proven ability managing and mitigating risk in support of the governance agenda.
• Ability to use research outcomes and insight to inform problem solving, decision making and roadmap development.
• Financial Services knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Further develop and implement the IAM policies, processes, technologies and standards.
• Shape, maintain and enhance the IAM governance framework, ensuring policies align with corporate requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Define and lead the IAM roadmap.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to understand and implement IAM solutions.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation.
• Execute IAM audits.
• Investigate IAM related security events and implement corrective actions.
• Identify new and emerging technologies.
